A single point of contact
A project manager is your main contact, dedicated to your event.
Your project manager will work with you on all phases of your project, advise you throughout the preparation of your event while respecting your budget and identify the solutions and services to meet your needs.
Ensuring that your participants identify each other and circulate easily around our site, and that your sponsors are visible, is their business too. Therefore your project manager can offer you floor plans to help you better visualise the proposed installations.
A technical and logistics support
The sales team is supported by a technical and logistics team. Acting as the skipper during your event, they work with all suppliers so that your event is organised and delivered while respecting the schedule and quality you expect. They are at your service for the duration of your event, and are close at hand to ensure responsiveness and guarantee the success of your event.
